Phil on the pull-up bar

Phil has been passionate about sports and fitness ever since he was little. He has played many different sports: hockey, soccer, snowboarding, and running. He has also coached a junior “AA” hockey team.

Since the age of 16, Phil has been training with many different personal trainers to become a firefighter. It’s when he went to firefighter school that he did his first CrossFit workout.
