Once you have paid your registration, you must email us at [email protected] to let us know your name and your partner’s name as well as the division you are competing in (Men/Women, Rx/Scaled).

CrossFit Standards

Note: These are not the only movements, nor is it guaranteed that these movements will be used in any event however being able to complete these movements will ensure that you stand a good chance at completing all movements.

Rx Men

Muscle ups
Kipping or strict handstand pushups from small deficit
Max overhead squat > 200 lbs
KB Swings @ 36 kg
Thrusters for 5 reps unbroken @ 135

Rx Women

Muscle ups
Kipping or strict handstand pushups (flat)
KB swings @ 28kg
Max overhead squat > 125 lbs
Thrusters for 5 reps unbroken @ 95

Scaled Men

Push-ups from knees
Ring rows
Max overhead squat > 115 lbs

Scaled Women

Push-ups from knees
Ring rows
Max overhead squat > 85 lbs

Event Format

CrossFit team competition: Teams of 2 – 2 men or 2 women, Rx and scaled. Returning again this year is a scoreboard for masters athletes (40+).


Exact schedule to be determined: Approx. 8am to 5pm.


There is no registration this year and waves will be posted on-site. There is no athlete’s meeting this year, please ensure that you read the events as the workouts will start promptly at 8am. Any specific questions will be answered by your judge or an organizer before the start of the event.

Food, Drinks & Snacks

We are thrilled to partner with Moushi again this year who will be serving delicious poke bowls! There will be someone present under the Moushi banner from 9:30 to 11:00 am and your bowl will be delivered between 12:00-13:00. Please note that this is CASH ONLY. All bowls will be $15, taxes incl. with the exception of the lobster bowl which will be $20, taxes incl.
