At CrossFit de l’ouest, we offer premium coaching for clients that are passionate about their fitness goals and eager to learn. If you are looking for a gym with a sauna, elliptical machines with televisions, and a towel service, we think you will be happier if you look elsewhere (and it will be cheaper too). Our services are designed to offer you a personalized experience with an emphasis on quality training and a strong community aspect. The number of people that we can accommodate while maintaining this level of service is limited, we therefore expect a certain level of commitment from our clients. We recommend that our clients commit to training three times weekly in order to progress towards and attain their goals in a timely fashion.
If you are new to CrossFit, we strongly recommend you first contact us to schedule a free trial appointment before signing up. CrossFit de l’ouest is likely very, very different from any other gym you have experienced; we are strong believers of the old adage “you get what you pay for”, so come by to find out what we are all about before passing a hasty judgement!

Discounts
- Students: We know that between paying tuition and books, it can be a stretch to fit a CrossFit into your budget. We’ll help out by giving you a 15% on our single month rates!
- Law enforcement, military, firefighters, and paramedics: We appreciate all your hard work and would like to extend you a 25% discount as a token of our appreciation.
- Referrals: Refer a new member to us for fundamentals or group classes and we’ll credit $25 to your account which you can use towards any of our services or products!

Contract Length and Payment
Unlike other gyms, we do not pressure you to sign long-term contracts, our clients come to our gym because they want to, not because they are tied into a never-ending contract. We can arrange automatically recurring payments (currently only by post-dated cheques) for your convenience. You may suspend or discontinue your recurring membership at any time simply by emailing or calling us (some restrictions apply). For example, if you are going on vacation for a month, let us know and we will cancel the fund transfer for the month. We want to make this as easy for you as we can.
CrossFit de l’ouest accepts payment in the form of personal cheques, credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Interac. Cash payment is only accepted with exact change as we typically do not carry sufficient amounts of change to process cash transactions.
