What is nutrition coaching?
Nutrition coaching is about working with people beyond just nutrition, to help them adopt a lifestyle that will help them meet their goals (fat loss, sleep, energy, muscle gain, performance etc…). More often than not, behavioral changes with regards to food are not only about the food. We’re here to listen, guide, suggest, and support your journey to health.
Do you provide nutrition templates?
Every client has different needs and comes in with different backgrounds and experiences. Although we work with the basic foundations of good nutrition, templates are not a service we sell unless we assess it is the best plan for a particular client.
What diet do your nutrition coaches recommend the most? Which one is the best?
There is no one best diet. If your goal is fat loss, all “diets” will work as long as you produce a calorie deficit. We look at the long term success of our clients and guide them with methods that will allow their nutrition regimen to be sustainable. Nutrition plans that are not sustainable more often than not lead to yo-yo dieting (lose/gain, lose/gain more).
Are you registered dieticians or nutritionists?
We are not registered dieticians or nutritionists. Rest assured if we work with a client that has needs beyond our scope of practice and would best be served by a dietician, nutritionist or even doctor, we will make sure to refer out.
What are your rates?
Our “Get Started” package is $199 + tax. This covers 5×30 minute one-on-one coaching sessions. How many sessions you will need can be discussed with your coach, based on your goals and your need for accountability and support needed. Follow-up sessions are $40 + tax/30 min. A single consultation is $50 + tax.
