CrossFit de l”ouest is proud to be home of the West-Island’s only weightlifting club recognized by the Quebec Weightlifting Federation, the Club d”haltérophilie de l’ouest de l’île (CHWI), The CHWI is a non-profit organization that works out at CrossFit de l’ouest and offers top notch coaching and boasts international-level athletes.
