CrossFit de l’ouest’s personal training is an extremely effective tool in achieving your personal of goals. Our coaches will evaluate you and design a program specifically designed to address your weaknesses, injuries, and other limitations. In working with a coach on a one-on-one basis, we will help you attack your goals and achieve them quickly and efficiently.
As a private client, you receive additional flexibility and benefits beyond what is available in group classes. With private coaching, you can set your hours; our coaches will also track your progress through the program and give you the extra push you need to stay on track and reach your goals.
Private coaching is also an excellent option as a supplement to group classes. Some of the more advanced movements in CrossFit can be quite technical and getting extended feedback and specific drills will do wonders to fine tune your technique and help you find that extra efficiency to finish your group workouts with confidence.
Semi-private coaching is mainly useful as a tool for clients with similar levels and aspirations or to supplement group classes. With semi-private coaching, you get most of the benefits of private coaching in a 2-on-1 or 3-on-1 setting, allowing us to offer this service at a more modest cost.
Private/Semi-Private Coaching: CrossFit Fundamentals
Private/Semi-Private Coaching: CrossFit Fundamentals is a particular implementation of CrossFit fundamentals designed for people whose schedules do not align with our group fundamentals or who prefer additional privacy. These fundamentals will progress at your rate and are dictated by the speed at which you absorb the movements you are shown. For some more advanced athletes, it may only be necessary to take 4 classes to complete all the necessary movements; on the other hand for particularly sedentary athletes up to 12 classes may be required to complete the Fundamentals series. On average, 6-10 classes are necessary to complete these classes.
