Spring/Summer Session

Cost

$225 + tax ($300 + tax for non-members)

Primary goals of the program

  1. To develop weightlifting skills at a more competitive level using a more long term progression, with minimal commitment and cost – must be available for at least one class per week, but you can attend up to 3!
  2. Initiate members of all ages to competition (competing is not mandatory but will be encouraged)
  3. Build the masters weightlifting community (30+) in the West Island (you don’t have to be from the West Island to join)
