  • Olympic Weightlifting

    For Youth & Adults

    Build strength, confidence, and technique in a supportive environment with our Olympic Weightlifting Program. Designed for both youth and adults, this program welcomes all experience levels, from total beginners to seasoned lifters.

    Led by experienced coaches, each session follows a structured weekly training plan focused on the snatch, clean, and jerk. You’ll receive personalized feedback and expert guidance to help you move better, lift smarter, and progress safely.

  • Kids Program

    Get ready for fun, fitness, and movement!

    Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to help kids build strength, confidence, and a love for staying active, all in a supportive and playful environment. Every Sunday morning, our experienced coaches lead age-appropriate workouts, games, and activities that keep kids engaged and moving safely, no matter their fitness level.

    Each group is guided by two dedicated coaches who create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where kids can learn new skills, make friends, and have a blast! Whether your child is new to fitness or already active, CrossFit Kids is the perfect way to kickstart healthy habits for life.

    Class Schedule:

    Minis (Ages 3–6) — 9:00 AM

    Kids (Ages 7–11) — 10:00 AM

    Grow stronger together with our Seniors

    Whether you’re looking to regain physical capacity, boost your overall health, or simply enjoy moving your body with like-minded women who lift each other up—this is the class for you.

    Our knowledgeable and compassionate coaches will meet you exactly where you are. Injuries, limitations, or nagging pains? No problem. Every movement can be modified, and you’ll be guided safely and confidently at your own pace.

    Rediscover what your body can do, or build the strength, mobility and confidence to accomplish things you didn’t know you could - all while connecting with a vibrant, uplifting community of women.

    Looking for a fun, supportive, and challenging way to build strength and confidence for your teens? 

    We welcome all fitness levels and focus on:

     • Building strength through proper technique

     • Prioritizing safe mechanics before adding intensity

     • Boosting confidence in and out of the gym

     • Having fun while learning new skills and moving your body

    Every session is guided by experienced coaches who are passionate about helping teens feel strong, capable, and proud of what their bodies can do.

  • Cardio Power Hour

    Looking to boost your cardiovascular endurance, build a Hyrox ready engine, and train with purpose? Our Cardio Conditioning classes are specifically designed to improve aerobic capacity and stamina.

    Whether you’re brand new to endurance training or an experienced competitor, this class delivers scalable, structured workouts that challenge your heart, lungs, and mindset. We combine interval training, aerobic circuits, and functional movements that directly translate to better performance in events like running, rowing, ski erg, and more.

    Each session focuses on:

    Aerobic base building for longer efforts

    Threshold and VO2 max training to improve power and pacing

    Race-specific conditioning to prepare you for sleds, burpees, wall balls, and transitions

    Progressive programming that adapts to your fitness level and goals

    Expect high energy, smart programming, and a supportive environment that helps you push your limits—whether you’re prepping for your first Functional Fitness race or training to podium.

    Our special program for new moms & moms to be.

    If you're looking to:

    • Connect with other new moms

    • Gently start exercising safely postpartum

    • Get back to training after having a baby

    • Learn how to practice functional movements properly

    • Be in an environment where you can bring your little bundle of joy without feeling like it’s disrupting

    Our one-hour group class is led by a coach in a fun and supportive environment, where all levels are welcome and movements are adapted to any physical condition.
